PREAMBLE

By accessing the Website, browsing products, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any service provided by Zalvo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms define the relationship between Zalvo and its customers and establish the rules applicable to browsing the Website, purchasing Products, making payments, receiving orders, requesting cancellations, returns or exchanges, and using Zalvo's digital services.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Where a separate Zalvo policy specifically deals with shipping, returns, exchanges, or privacy, that specific policy will apply to the relevant matter.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

  3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, OTPs, passwords, and other access information secure.
  4. You must not use another person's account without authorization.
  5. You must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to abuse promotions, discounts, or other Website benefits.
  6. Zalvo may suspend or terminate an account involved in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited activity.
  7. You may contact Zalvo customer support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. WEBSITE USE RESTRICTIONS

By accessing the Website, you agree to use it only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.

  • Zalvo makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, sizes, materials, colors, prices, images, and other product information.
  • Product images are provided for visual representation. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, or individual screen settings.
  • Minor differences in color, texture, stitching, printing, or finishing that do not materially affect the Product will not necessarily constitute a defect.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels.
  • Zalvo reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or update any Product listing at any time.
  • If a Product is displayed with an incorrect price or material technical error, Zalvo reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and Zalvo's policies.

7. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
  • Zalvo may change prices, discounts, promotional offers, or Product pricing information at any time.
  • Price changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been confirmed by Zalvo, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
  • Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may be subject to order verification and courier serviceability.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

8. ORDER CONFIRMATION & FULFILLMENT

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes a purchase request. An automated order confirmation may be sent to acknowledge receipt of the order.

Zalvo may verify orders before fulfillment, including checking:

  • Product availability
  • Customer information
  • Delivery address
  • Payment method
  • Potential fraudulent or suspicious activity

An order may be cancelled or modified where a Product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the delivery location is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent or otherwise problematic.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered processing, packaging, or dispatch.

Zalvo reserves the right to cancel an order where:

  • The Product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • The Product has been discontinued.
  • There is a significant pricing or technical error.
  • The order cannot be delivered to the provided address.
  • The order is suspected to involve fraud or misuse.
  • Required payment or verification cannot be completed.

Where payment has already been collected and Zalvo cancels an order, the applicable refund or resolution will be handled in accordance with Zalvo's Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

10. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Returns and exchanges are governed by Zalvo's separate Return & Exchange Policy. Customers should review that policy before purchasing and before submitting a return or exchange request.

Generally, eligible requests may include:

  • Receiving the wrong Product, size, color, or item.
  • Receiving a defective or damaged Product.
  • Eligible size exchange where the requested size is available.

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect ordering, or Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without required tags and packaging, subject to Zalvo's Return & Exchange Policy.

The applicable return/exchange timeframe, eligibility requirements, shipping responsibilities, and refund method are set out in the Return & Exchange Policy.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by Zalvo's Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours. After dispatch, standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 working days, subject to courier performance, serviceability, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances beyond Zalvo's reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, the Customer may receive tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and being available to receive the shipment.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, repeated delivery failure, or Customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to Zalvo. Any re-dispatch or additional delivery arrangements may be subject to applicable charges.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property appearing on the Website, including Zalvo's brand name, logos, product images, graphics, photographs, designs, text, layouts, videos, visual assets, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Zalvo unless otherwise stated.

No Website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Zalvo.

Unauthorized use of Zalvo's intellectual property may result in appropriate legal action.

By submitting content, the Customer confirms that the content is lawful, genuine, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Zalvo may moderate, remove, or refuse content that is fake, misleading, abusive, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, promotional spam, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

By submitting a review or other voluntary content to Zalvo, the Customer grants Zalvo permission to use, display, reproduce, or publish that content for legitimate business, marketing, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

16. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising directly from the Customer's:

  • Violation of these Terms or Zalvo policies.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Misuse of the Website.
  • Violation of third-party intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • Misrepresentation or unauthorized use of another person's information or account.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zalvo shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from Website use, temporary Website unavailability, courier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside Zalvo's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Zalvo will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, cyber incidents, technical failures, courier disruptions, or other major logistical disruptions.

19. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Zalvo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Website with the revised effective or update date.

Continued use of the Website after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with Zalvo's Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the terms governing the Customer's use of the Website and purchase of Products from Zalvo.

22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Website, or an order placed with Zalvo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal requirements that may apply.

LIMITED PERIOD SALE TERMS

1. Scope of Sale

Any promotional discount offered by Zalvo applies only to the Products specifically marked as part of the relevant sale or promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, sale offers do not apply to every Product on the Website.

2. Sale Period

Limited-period promotions will remain valid only for the duration communicated by Zalvo. Once the promotional period ends, the applicable prices may return to their regular prices without further notice.

3. Limited Stock

All sale Products are subject to availability. Zalvo does not guarantee the availability of any specific Product, size, color, or variant during a sale.

4. Returns & Exchanges on Sale Products

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant Product page or promotion, sale Products remain subject to Zalvo's Return & Exchange Policy.

Certain heavily discounted, clearance, final-sale, or specially marked Products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Any such restriction will be communicated on the relevant Product listing or promotional terms.

Manufacturing defects or incorrect Products will be handled in accordance with Zalvo's Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD, where displayed as available, may be subject to order verification, courier availability, and delivery serviceability.

Zalvo reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders where required for fraud prevention, operational, or logistics reasons.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order during a sale does not automatically guarantee Product availability. Zalvo may cancel an order where the Product is unavailable, a significant pricing or technical error has occurred, the address is unserviceable, or the order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.

Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Zalvo, the applicable refund or resolution will be processed in accordance with Zalvo's policies and applicable law.

7. Applicable Terms

Unless specifically modified by the applicable sale terms, all other provisions of Zalvo's Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy shall continue to apply.

8. Final Terms

Zalvo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Specific sale conditions displayed on a Product page or promotional announcement will apply to that particular offer.
